Our full-service event coordination starts right at the beginning - from the time that you start thinking about your event, to the moment you leave the venue. We'll be with you every step of the way. 

A Full-Service Event Coordination Package includes:

  • Initial consultation and advice 
  • Budget, schedule and timeline preparation 
  • Assistance with selection and booking venues and vendors 
  • Event styling and design 
  • Negotiating vendor contracts and coordinating with vendors for day of service 
  • Preparing itineraries and day-of-schedule
  • Directing venue walkthroughs
  • Ensure that the event runs smoothly 

For Weddings, a Full-Service Event Coordination Package will also include: 

  • Professional advice on wedding etiquette, processional and ceremony/vows
  • Attending and overseeing the rehearsal
  • Instructing attendants about their duties
  • Directing the processional, recessionals and receiving line
  • Coordinating the collection of gifts
  • Assistance with out-of-town guests
